We will be practicing restorative and yin yoga which allows you to fully relax, recover and restore your body and nervous system. If you struggle with low energy, brain-fog, muscle tightness, sleeplessness, depression or anxiety , this practice is for you!

My intention is to create a space for individuals at any place along their path to explore what breath, movement, and intention can have on their personal growth, inner and outer strength, and most importantly the deep work of self-love. I believe that balance and wellness is a convergence of what we put in and on our bodies, how we move, what we think, who we hang out with, and what practices and rituals we allow to become part of ourselves. I strive to provide some tools that can be used both on and off the mat. It’s simple…my yoga practice helped save me, through this practice I found balance that I otherwise would not have.

This class incorporates gentle stretching and spinal movement to breath to create a mindful meditation. You’ll leave feeling calmer, more grounded and balanced. It’s a great class for beginners and advanced students alike!
