Wellness Group for Seniors with Courtney goodman, M.ED intern
Join us in this group while we connect with others and discuss the importance of wellness in older adulthood and how it can be achieved in daily life. This 8-week group is free to the public and will cover topics such as physical, social, and spiritual wellness. Connect with others while discussing how to practice wellness for the mind, body, and soul to live a well-balanced and fulfilling life.
