The Art of Change

The Art of Change

Winter is a great time for reflection and planning. We want to make changes in our lives, but the typical method of goal setting and list making doesn’t work for everyone or everything. In the Art of Change, you will learn a whole new set of techniques for creating change. These include collage, art journaling, deep listening, inspiration, celebration, compassion and a variety of exercises. Your path to change is uniquely your own. Your Journal will provide a road map for this and other changes you may wish to make. No previous art experience required. Bring a sack lunch if you can.

Instructor: KC Hancock

KC Hancock spent twenty years as a professional project manager and trainer, 12 years as a working artist, has a master’s degree in transpersonal psychology with a focus on personal growth and expressive arts, and has explored many spiritual practices with a current deep study into Buddhism. Each of these informing a lifelong investigation of creativity and change at the deepest level.
