I'm a non-traditional therapist who works with the mind-body-spirit connection. I use Energy Psychology, Cognitive Behavioral and Family of Origin techniques to assist in the healing process. I'm intuitive as well as empathic, which gives me a unique blend of tools to support you in your needs. I really believe in the importance of a personal connection with your therapist, and feel grateful for the opportunity to work with people on such an intimate level.
