This class incorporates gentle stretching and spinal movement to breath to create a mindful meditation. You’ll leave feeling calmer, more grounded and balanced. It’s a great class for beginners and advanced students alike!
The classes are an hour long on Monday and Wednesday at 12:30, 3:00 & 6:00. Free classes start the week of March 18th.
