You will learn to:
Recognize how depression & anxiety among other things can affect you in your daily life.
Practice self-love and self-care.
Reframe negative thinking towards self and others.
Enrich your life and life experiences.
Build a support system and team to help on your journey.
These groups are free for anyone who wants to attend.
Wednesdays ( No group June 14th or 21st)
5:30 – 6:30
Will be on break from 12/14 – 1/4 Back on January 11th
